(Resolved) MS4 Playback sounding a semitone higher than notated/very out of tune
For some reason, (I don't believe it was present in the past) my score's playback is very sharp contrary to how it's written. I think I was messing around with the tuning function in the properties tab, but I undid everything to the best of my ability (using the undo function). However, the tuning seems to be stuck, and I can't find a way to revert it back to the original key of this piece (which is D minor). Can someone help me?

I have only experience with MuS 3.6.2. so some things may be a bit different in MuS 4.
In my opinion your key signature for some instruments (clarinet, trumpet, horn) is wrong. In written pitch the flute is in D minor and a clarinet and trumpet as transposing instruments should then be in E minor.
Correct this first by simply reapplying D minor to the entire score. Drag the correct key to any first staff in the score.
Then the clarinet and trumpet changes to E minor, the horn to A minor.
Since I don't know what (sounding) pitch, for example, check which pitch e.g. the first note of the clarinet, trumpet and horn should have, you may have to correct these staves to the desired pitch.
To do this, select the respective staff and use the arrow keys to move the notes in semitone steps to the desired pitch.

That's because the score is set in concert pitch - to disable it, remove the tick from the box at the bottom right corner.
If you were to put the first note with a tuner, the first note SHOULD be a concert F, but comes up with a very sharp F#.

If you have a score with the concert pitch button pressed, all instruments should be in the same key signature! That is my understanding up to now ...
In your file all instruments have the same key if the concert pitch button is not pressed! But finally this only affects the accidentals within the voice. If you look at the parts of the clarinet, it is shown in E minor. To play the part with a B♭ clarinet this should be so.
Regarding your problem: When I opened your file in MuS 3.6.2, I noticed that the clarinets play F4 as the first note sounding, written as G4. My tuner says the same, sounding F4, also does Musescore. So the file is fine in my opinion.
Maybe there is a problem with MuS 4 - I don't know - so I attached the file as saved in MuS 3.6.2.

I've just looked at the MS3 version - I believe it's a bug between MS4 and 3 as it shows up with the right key signature in MS4.
Your score plays as expected for me. It could be your audio devices sample rate is causing a problem - a mismatch between 44.1 and 48 kHz will translate into about a semitone difference.

Thanks, this helped me. I had my sample rate at 192000Hz and lowered to 96000Hz. Now the playback pitch sounds in the correct note
Update:
I believe I have fixed it, although I don't know how I did it (I was just fiddling with the settings)
