x-notehead playback in repeat
x-notehead note in repeat produces a continuous sound that never terminates. One must intervene to stop the playback.

This is a known issue affecting certainly instrument / sound combinations. Change to Muse Sounds and it goes away. See https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/16890

I tried to look to see if it was known, but I had difficulty searching for anything, being a newbie to the forum.
