Playback goes silent on repeat
OS: macOS 13.3, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.2-230651546, revision: dbe7c6d
Simple score, two parts, plus just a few bars of chord notation. The score has a D.S. al Coda near the end. When blue playback line (what is that called?? Cursor?) gets to that point, it returns to the signo, as expected, but playback inexplicably stops. Metronome stops, too. However, the blue playback line continues moving through the score as it should. If I wait until the playback line gets to the coda, playback begins again.
Actually, the issue is a little stranger than that, but it's too complicated to explain.
I tried troubleshooting a little. Changing the playback instrument didn't resolve the issue. Turning the metronome on or off or both has no effect.
Am I making a common mistake? Is this a known bug?
I attached the score FWIW. It's a work in progress, but it should be usable.

It's me again, the OP. Now that I've uploaded the score, the misbehavior seems to have disappeared. Not sure why. I did close the score and MuseScore to upload the score. Restarting might have fixed it, though I think I tried that once before in the troubleshooting process. Don't know what to think.

Just so you know you are not crazy, I found your post because I had the exact problem. Reading your post I decided to restart and the problem went away for me, too. Thanks!

Same! First repeat plays after quitting and then restarting. (macOS 11.2, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.1-232071203, revision: e4d1ddf)
I had the same problem. (Besides the ongoing problem that you cannot put a section break on a repeat bar.) And just as you did, I closed the file exited muse score, and restarted. Problem gone.
