import PDFs
when importing a PDF into Musescore, I frequently encounter that multiple bars are entered as different from 4/4, e.g. 5/4 or 7/8, while the original PDF only has 4/4 bars. anyone has similar experiences? or any solutions?

This happens quite often.
PDF import uses optical recognition like OCR text recognition. If the input file is perfect, there is a good chance that the recognition will be done without many errors.
There is also a program called Audiveris for local PC use where you can correct many errors by hand before output. In my opinion, however, it is somewhat difficult to use.
