The most import piece of missing info is, what goes wrong when you try?
My guess is your score is corrupt and you're seeing a dialog informing you of this and offering to show you the details of where the corruption is so you can fix, or to save anyway. Definitely unless you want to see more problems in the future, fix the corruptions, if that's what is happening.
