How to notate the chord shots (see the row of notation pointed by green arrows) as shown in the attached screenshot? Thanks in advance.

You mean Rhythmic slash notation?
Enter the rhythm into voice 3 then run Tools / Toggle rhythmic slash notation. Then run Tools / Fill with slashes to get the beat slashes.
