How do I delete a saved score?
the support page isn't helping as there are no 3 dots. i cannot delete the file from file explorer (windows). and there is nothing to delete in the app

But that is the only way! What is your problem there? You cannot delete files within MuseScore.
Maybe you mean either the recent file list or these files are listeted in the start center.
There is a point in "File/Open recent" at the very bottom called "Clear recent files". Apply this.
This only clears the list completely but does not delete any files. The list will be filled again when opening further files using 'File open', double click a mscz-file in your file explorer or create and save new scores.
