Timing on Acapella shaped notes

Hello! So I am wanting to typeset this song in shaped notes for personal use. I have not yet found a way to do the timing where the alto and soprano are on different timing. See the circled areas in the attached file. I don't know much about music and don't know the correct terms for what I'm trying to do. If someone could help me I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
