Musescore 4.1.1 Unable to update: Why is this?
I have been thoroughly enjoying MuseScore 4 for a while now, and have gotten used to all the changes (good changes) from 3.6. I wanted to upgrade from 4.1 to 4.1.1 because I heard it helps with crashing and playback clicks and pops. When I tried to install it from MuseHub, an error appeared (Which I have attached a picture of).
The error stated that I shouldn't have any other programs being installed: I checked and don't.
It's not really a big deal, as I am perfectly content with 4.1, but I would like to know why this is happening. Musescore 4 is a massive upgrade in just about everything. People may disagree, and they have good points, but to think that the software and sounds are free is incredible.

This error happened to me. Although a bit different. The Hub said there was an update. I got that error when I tried to update. I already had 4.1.1. The hub was trying to update a nightly build on my system. After I deleted the build, everything was fine. In my case it wasn't something being installed.
Did you try and restart your computer and try again, you could have had a process already running when you tried. Restart your computer and try again, you could also try a cold boot, this is done by shutting down your computer instead of restarting it, then you turn your computer back on and do a fresh boot into Windows 11. To uninstall an app in Windows 11 open your start menu and click on settings, then click on apps in the collum to the left and then click on installed apps and look for Musescore 4.1 and uninstall it then install the latest version of MuseHub and then install Musescore 4.1.1 from MuseHub, as well as the Muse Sounds.
