Hide staff lines without hiding ledger lines?

I'm trying to create some graphics, and I need my files to have the notation, but not the staff lines (that's a separate graphic). My problem is that when I make the staff lines invisible, it also hides the ledger lines, and that's a problem. In Staff / Part Properties > Advanced Style Propreties, even when "show ledger lines" is selected, it won't show them if the staff lines are invisible. And if I change the number of staff lines to 0, it gives ledger lines to every note, which is not what I need - it just has to look like regular notation but without the staff.

Is there a way to hide the staff lines without affecting the ledger lines?
