No sound for just one file.
Musescore has suddenly stopped playing only one of my files. When I play it in the browser it sounds fine. When I download that and open it, it still doesn't play. If I download only the sound file, that plays fine.
In the mixer, two of my instruments show the M greyed out. I don't seem to be able to change that, but I have repeatedly turned those on and off.
Restarting and rebooting has not helped.

I tried exporting the score to MusicXML format and then imported that into MS4. But the problem remains.
You could create a new instrument for each of the "damaged" instruments, and then copy the notes into the blank stave. After that you can delete the damaged instruments.
No idea why it's doing this, but I extracted the .MSCX file and maybe it'll help you rebuild it.

You probably want the metronome to remain greyed out. If not, click the metronome icon in the play panel (at the top right of the screen).
To get the Voice 1 to play, look in the Instruments panel and click the closed eye icon to open the eye, which will un-grey it in the mixer.
To get the other staves to play, look in the mixer and change the 'Sound' to MS Basic. The sounds that are shown: Guitars-Universal-V1.5, and Strings-4U-v1.0 may not be available soundfonts for the guitar, violin and cello.
(Voice 1, on the other hand, is already assigned to MS Basic and readily plays once its eye icon is opened in the Instruments panel.)
Give this file a shot. I don't have your fonts. Does the fourth voice double on violin? This is for MU4.

Thanks. Switching the sound fonts did fix the problem. I think I may have created the original on a different computer with different sound fonts.

Those 2 soundfonts: Guitars-Universal-V1.5, and Strings-4U-v1.0 are available here:

It's likely they were on the different computer.
