Placement of all Footer text (MS4)

Hi, I would like to move my Footer all the way up in my score, since I want to show a certain piece of text on all pages (yes: I obviously should put it in the Header - YET: I need this text to be in a different font).
The handbook tells me I should "Click on an instance of a Footer in the Score); after that I should be able to go to the Properties Panel and within Appearance I should be able to change the vertical offset.

My problem is that it seems impossible to click on an instance of a footer - thus no relevant Appearance option appears in Properties.

Any ideas anyone?
