Accidentals in staff text (MS3)

Can MS3 provide an accidental in staff text like those in chord symbols?

If I want to spell “D-flat” in staff text by pressing little "b" for the flat, that's exactly what I get (big D, little b): Db (which doesn't look like a real flat symbol).

If I access special characters using F2, I get this:

The flat symbol is too small and not correctly positioned.

If I use Ctrl-Shift-B, I get a big space between the letter and the flat:

It may be that MS4 does this better, but there are certain things it doesn’t (yet) offer, so I’m still using MS3.
