New piano composer here - would love a mentor!

This might be a brash request, but, is anyone out there interested in helping a kind-of newbie? I’ve been composing songs for a couple years, and my DREAM is to 1. Record an album, and 2. Publish a book of piano solos. I just got a brand new digital piano with MIDI output, and got started putting my first song to score this evening. And wow is it fun figuring out what those rhythms look like on paper 😅. I would love some help with deciding the best way to express my music in writing (dotted quarter, or tied quarter/eighth? Ledger lines or octave symbol? Etc.) and am just wondering if any of you out there would find that enjoyable :)
