First see:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/creating-tablature-staff#Overview
Your picture shows tablature on the lower staff. To get notes on the top (treble clef) staff you can either copy/paste the tablature (it will transform into notes) or you can create a linked pair of standard/tab staves.
To adjust the playback tempo, see:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/playback-controls#play-position-and…
especially this part:
"When the Play toolbar is undocked from the toolbar area, it automatically expands to include two slider controls. By dragging the sliders, you can adjust the playback position and tempo of playback. Note that tempo overrides are only temporary, and do not affect the actual written tempo(s); returning the slider to "100%" restores normal playback."
For a permanent change add a tempo marking to the score.

Thanks very much for your kind response. I am new to MuseScore and wish to learn how to create guitar tabs so I can archive my fingerstyle journey and if God allows, perhaps share with others. I will try to follow your guide/suggestions. Pardon for late reply. Stay safe. God bless.

Along with the handbook referenced above, there are a lot of YouTube videos for Musescore, and in particular you might find the ones on getting started to be valuable to you. Even though the versions are quite similar, to avoid confusion I would try to avoid ones for Musescore 3.
