Tuplet bracket when ending in the long note
When writing a tuplet ending with a long note (like eight note-quarter note in an eight-note tuplet), MuseScore currently extends the bracket only to the last written note. This old convention has been long deprecated in favor of the more logical practice of extending the bracket to the real metrical duration of the tuplet. This is easier to read and less confusing in case of simultaneous tuplets in different parts (see the quote from Gould). I would strongly recommend updating MuseScore to modern practices.
