Sonoma 14.1 Hub and Muscore 4 not opening

Can someone please help me. I've uninstalled Hub and Musescore 4 but the app is still is not opening. I've know I'm not the only one but no-one seems to know how to fix this issue on an iMac/MacBook Pro. Please help.
