Pitch Bend in Midi

Hi. I've tried creating notes not in the 12TET (i.e. microtonal) with Inspector. However when I export to midi, the pitch variations do not appear. So, are they just internal to Musescore? Or is there a way to export them to midi as well? I'm not an expert on midi in general, so it could be that as well. Thank you in advance.
