Melisma doesn't appear with Shift+_(Nor only _)
Since I updated MuseScore 3 to 4, melisma in lyric never appears.
I expected it would be fixed in a while but it hasn't.
I tried many things
-Melisma short cut define (& back to default)
-Lyric alignment change
-Melisma alignment change
-Melisma thickness change
-input underscore from "insert special character"
Are there anything else I can try to fix this issue?
Could uninstall and re-install fix the issue?

Mac, Sonoma 14.1.1
I don't know about the keyboard layout, but QWERTY, probably?
I tried install MuseScore 4 latest version on my Windows 10, but it didn't work either.

Known issue (at least with the AZERTY keyboard). In menu Edit/Preferences/Shortcuts, delete the Shift + _ shortcut, and define a new shortcut, for example, the one used in V3, i.e. a simple "_" (without the Shift). It works.

I tried shortcut define already, If I define ' as inputting melisma, on the score, ' is just input.
tried also M(Shift+m) just M is input.
As ce-le-brate''''''' or ce-le-brateMMMMM.

Yes, I tried underscore without shift. also tried back to default and define again, nothing works.
It seems like "Action">> "Lyrics: enter melisma" has not triggered.
Does anyone know how to input melismas without shortcut? I would like to make score with my MacBook.
