Premium Account not Activated
Dear Musescore,
One day ago i subscribed to the premium account for one year taking advantage of the 65% spring offer but despite contacting support@musecore.com I've not got a response and this is real frustrating not to mention seeing ads and getting a response of a basic account when i log in.
Maybe i got the timing wrong but apparently am in limbo even i know you can asap address the issue.
in case you need other information please let know.
