Unable to log-in to my account on separate device

I have the MuseScore software on both my desktop and laptop. Up until last semester, I've always been able to sign-in to my account on both, save my pieces in the cloud, and work on them on either device, etc. But now, while I'm still logged in on my desktop, I can't log-in on my laptop. I go and hit the "sign-in through Musescore.com" button, it goes to my online account and pulls up the "you've been successfully signed in" screen, so I go back to the software, but I'm still not signed in. I've tried everything, from restarting to redownloading it. I did get a new drive for my laptop over the summer, and lost some data. Although I'm not sure how that would affect my ability to log-in, considering it's all in a cloud.
