Exclude from measure count shortcut?

Hi all,
I use both MuseScore 3 and MuseScore 3, and use the "exclude measure from measure count" function a lot in my work, and I was wondering if that is a command for which I can create a keyboard shortcut? I have made shortcuts for joining and splitting measures, and it speeds up my workflow so much! Are the only functions I can add shortcuts to the ones listed in the preferences > shortcuts menu?
