Repeat when double bar
When I wanna add a repeat bar in the end (or at the beginning) of a measure, IF there already is a double bar (because I transcribe and at first I didn't notice there are multiple instances of these 4 or 8 bars or whatever), then It doesn't work. I can't add repeat. I have to suppress the double bar and add the repeat bar.
Some frequent times also, it add 2 repeats bar far from each other when I click on one measure.

Click on the double bar in the score to select it then click on the repeat bar line in the palette. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/barlines#change-all-staves
If that is not working, please provide an example of a score that demonstrates the problem.

Not to be rude, but my point is precisely that sometimes it doesn't work. I fairly know how to use MS4 as it's my daily job.
I will when it occurs again.

Well, you didn't say how you were trying to add the repeat and you didn't say it sometimes doesn't work - implying it sometimes does. It works every time for me and therefore it seemed a reasonable guess that perhaps you didn't know how to do it.
Having established that my first guess was wrong, my next guess is that perhaps there is something different about your scores where it doesn't work.
