Log out of your account on the Musescore 4 app, then login and save again
Open a separate Musescore 4 window to do this. Right click on the Musescore icon on the task

I'm not sure what all of that means, but I logged out and back in at MuseScore.com, then quit the program on my laptop and reopened my score; went to "save to cloud" under File; and it worked.
Restarting musescore always works for me for that
