I assume you've mistakenly used "Insert" mode : https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/alternative-note-input-methods#Acce… (You can see the little "+" above measures 7 and 9)
Return to default mode (step time).
To rectify the score, right-click the measures concerned, and in Measures Properties, change the Actual duration to Nominal duration (2/4) See: 1Teste.mscz
