Error 401 When Trying to Save my Score

I've been working on a score for quite a while and when I went to go save my progress, a message popped up saying:
"Your Score Could Not be Saved to the Cloud
MuseScore.com returned an error code: 401 Authorization Required

I don't know what this means or why I am getting this message but can someone please help? I don't want to lose my work.

Save the file locally instead of to the cloud (MuseScore.com). Or if you want to save it to MuseScore.com, make sure you're signed in.
