Version 4.2 User Guide

I have printed the User Guide (this is my preferred method of using it).
I cannot find how to locate a particular item using the Table of Contents , which appears to use Chapter numbers, not page numbers.
Is there a way of finding the page number the I want to locate a specific item?
Even with the printed copy there are no Chapter numbers, hence not being able to find what I might be looking for.
