Add Cover page on score (optional on parts)

When you print out your muisc for orchestras it is always nice to have a cover page on the score/partiture (image or just title in big letters). This is of course possible today, even if it takes a couple of different steps to get there.

However, when you have finished your score and starts generate the different parts, this cover page appears on each part. Unless this is what you want, you have to edit every part before you export them as PDF.

My suggestion:
A new function "Add cover page". After this page is added there is an option under properties to Show/Hide Cover page in parts.
