Instrument Track in Musescore 4.2.1

I just updated my Musescore application to the 4.2.1. How do you
change the track on an instrument? On the webpage in various scores I
see artists use different tracks for an instrument. How can you change
that in the desktop app? I'm on a Windows computer, if that makes a
difference.
