Saving Scores
Some of my scores are saved in 'my documents' but not in the MuseScore>scores folder.
How might I also save them in the MuseScore>scores folder?

Use Save As and navigate to the MuseScore>scores folder.

Yes, I click on 'save as', but then I don't know how to change from 'Documents>My Documents' to 'MuseScore>scores'.

Look in Edit > Preferences > Folders > Scores. This will tell you the default folder location used by Mu4 to save your scores.
Then in File > Save as... you can use the folder field to navigate to the correct folder location. On my Windows 10 laptop I can click on the final arrowhead to reveal the available folders.
