Beams going through clefs
When a clef is added in-between two notes connected by a stem, the stem goes through the clef.

That's right. Well, it seems to be a minor thing (in my opinion). What result are you expecting? Either manually change the angle of the beam, or edit it so that it doesn't overlap the clef ? Personally, no sure, but I guess I'd prefer the second option.

Yeah you can change it of course but just putting it out there that it should automatically adjust to the clef, maybe in a future update.
