Convert to Jazz Lead Sheet for Guitar

I've attached a musescore file.

I'd like to know how to convert it to a style compatible with jazz lead sheet for guitar.

Also, I'd like to know how to reliable add fretboard diagrams. I can't figure out how to do that with version 4.3
