How do I fix incomplete measures?

I recorded some improv in Reaper, tried to export it to Dorico, it had some issues reading the XML, people on Steinberg Forums recommended I try it on MuseScore. There, I found the issue, which is that the exported XML from Reaper has a bunch of incomplete measures (It's a 43 minute file, so there are a decent amount). I'm asking in a discord for Reaper at the moment how to fix this from the source, but I figured I'd ask how to fix this through MuseScore as well. I'll attach an image showing an example of the messages that pop up.
