Expression text should have Placement menu

In Format: Style, most text types (lyrics, staff text, system text) have a Placement dropdown (Above/Below). Expression seems to be the odd one out—it has the above/below option in Properties, but no global style setting. In choral music, expression text is almost always above the staff, so for any scores with lots of such text I end up either doing a lot of manual repositioning or just repurposing another text type.
