The sheet music cannot be played back.
When I try to play the sheet music in MuseScore 4, the blue bar stops, and the music does not play.

When you wrote that " the blue bar stops" do you mean that the music plays but then stops when the blue bar stops?
Do any other scores play?
Did MuseScore ever play correctly for you?

If the problem occurs when you open the file (?), check that the audio samples have finished loading (progress bar at bottom left). Otherwise, the cursor is displayed but playback does not start.

The blue bar remains stopped, and the music doesn't play. It feels as if time has stopped.
This issue occurs with every score, not just one.
MuseScore used to work correctly before. I will try the method you suggested later. Thank you.

I tried reverting to the factory settings, but the issue was not resolved.
