Not giving me access to my own sheet music.
I made two separate sheet music and it happened both times. It's telling me it doesn't belong to this account but I saved and made the sheet music on that account (this account).

Make sure you’re signed on the .com website and the app.
Are you talking about trying to use MsueScore Studio to open a score you saved to cloud? I recommend not using that feature unless you're prepared to deal with all the things that can go wrong. Instead, just save normally to your computer and use the publish to musescore.com option when you're ready.
Meanwhile, you can use your web browser to view the score and download it from there, and from now on, use that downloaded version as your primary copy.
