W and Q not changing duration during note entry (Shift+W/Q works)

Hey all,

I just upgraded from Musescore 3 to 4 and am getting used to most of the changes, but the W and Q keyboard shortcuts aren't working for me the way they used to and as far as I can tell from the documentation they should be.

When I'm in Note Entry mode (step time) and enter a note, pressing W or Q changes the duration setting for future notes, but doesn't affect the one I just entered. However, Shift+W/Q (to include dotted values) works as expected, changing the existing note as well as the setting for future notes. When not in Note Entry mode, both regular W/Q and Shift+W/Q work fine.

I've changed very few preferences so far and nothing with keyboard shortcuts, and this is happening in any project I work on. I've tried quitting and restarting the app without success. Here's my system info:

OS: macOS 14.5, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.3.2-241630832, revision: 22b46f2
