(i posted accidentally b4 in the german forums) error on saving
i was making a hardcore song, and at some parts i wanted to put all the keyboards notes at once. i manually made it back in the other sheet i made "nicht für elise". so i loaded the keyboard and i noticed the name was strange, "loading nicht fu~A¼ elise", and i guess the error happened because of the ü in für, since its in german. it couldnt open so i renamed the file to a simpler "nicht fur elise". and it loaded. i copied the full keyboard, pasted it everywhere i wanted, and continued making the hardcore song. but each time i saved, there would be this error on saving saying the file might corrupt, error detail is "Incomplete measure: Full score, measure 26, staff 1. Found: 11/8. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete measure: Full score, measure 34, staff 1. Found: 11/8. Expected: 4/4.". i turned off the musescore editor and came back to see if the file was corrupted, it only said that the file might cause musescore 4 editor to malfunction. and i dont know what happens if it malfunctions, if all my sheets become corrupted, if i have to install musescore again, i am just not gonna take the risk rn.
well i guess the main problem is that the für elise is on 3/8 and the hardcore entertainer is on 4/4. so it got a error with time signature. i tried making all the compasses with the full keyboard on 3/8, but some didnt work. i tried deleting all the full keyboards parts and saved but it still said the file could be corrupted. i dont know what to do with it then

There is a false half rest in measures 26 and 34 in voice 1 where an eighth note rest actually belongs.
I copied the notes after the rest, selected the rest and set the duration to 1/8 (it then deletes some following notes) and then pasted the copied notes again. That's all ...

oh thanks
The mxl has more problems than just the corruption, as opeing it with an older release reveals:
4.4 unfortunalty doesn't check for those though, see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/23726
Culprit XML:

As that .mxl got created by MuseScore 4.4.0 this is worth a bug report, for creating an invalid MusicXML
See https://www.w3.org/2021/06/musicxml40/musicxml-reference/elements/octav… :
The <octave> element
Parent element: <pitch>
Octaves are represented by the numbers 0 to 9, where 4 indicates the octave started by middle C.

Can you provide the score (the mscz) that mxl stems from?

It (still) reports corruptions:
Incomplete bar: Full score, bar 26, stave 1. Found: 11/8. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete bar: Full score, bar 34, stave 1. Found: 11/8. Expected: 4/4.
You'd need to fix them before doing anything else with that score

Also it has quite a few notes out of range for the instrument (Piano)

Removing all those in octave -1 (which don't play anyway) 'fixes' the MusicXML issue.
Looks like notes that low are just outside the MusicXML spec?

the name is literally "the hardcore entertainer", so you can see why it needs 8 hands

OK, but also an extra wide piano for the out-of-range notes
