I'd like muse score to stop at a certain playbacck position.
Hallo to all.
I've got this little problem. When i play my score in muse score lets say its 70 bars long right.
Now i hear for example there's a mistake at bar 35 beat 3.5. So now i would like to go back there. I can use the find measure function right. Only if i do it doesnt go back. When i start to edit by using note input mode the input starts at a previous measure that i was busy with. Being blind this causes a lot of frustration and i've lost a lot of time and got confused so meany a times that i have become very dispondent. Can't you please create a feature that would allow editing playback from the exact stopped position? Please? This would help people like myself who are visually challenged a lot. Kind regards. Ccorrie.

Hi, I'd like to add 7 points.
Step 1 press the space key to play, and then again to pause somewhere.
Step 2 press the control key plus the F key.
Step 3 enter 32.
Step 4 press the Escape key. Pressing the Enter or Return key works the same.
Step 5 press the E key.
Result, a E note appears on the first beat of the 32 bar.
Do these steps work on your machine? If these steps do not work, can you elaborate?

Mr. Sabatella knows musescore app inside-out. He explains things very clearly. Maybe you could request zoom meetings if happens to be in a hurry.
edit: intervene not interfere

Re the Find measure function not working. For some reason hidden deep in the dim distant past it only works if "Pan score during playback" is enabled in the play panel. So much for discoverability! A setting that affects score navigation during editing and that you would never use during playback is placed (hidden?) on the play panel.

Hello i did all of that but no luck. So now i am trying to see if there isn't a way that i can first set a loop start and end and then go back to the start of the loop and work from there. Because no matter what i do that cursor stays stuck lets say at position 1 measure 1. It just won't budge lol. I'm gonna find a work around this i like this app and i WON'T give up until i got something on it.
Thank you for getting back to me.

I resolved the bug It was easy!! i reset all the preferences. Now if i could just find out what caused it in the first place i could let you guys know. Now that i know how to fix it at least let me go and try to stuff it up lol. If i find out what it is I'll submit a report Thank you again for the help.
