How Do I Insert Pickup Notes without the Preceding Rests?
Hello, folks. I want to insert a pickup note in a measure without all the preceding rests. How do I do that? I can't figure out how to do it without getting something that looks like the attached.

Right click in the pick up measure and shorten it's actual duration to match the length of the pick up - in your case 1/8
