Sure not. musescore.org doesn't have any sounds
I guess though you mean musescore.com, if so you'd have to ask over there, but AFAIK the answer is no to Muse Sound, yes to MS Basic. If you want the sound there, upload it along with the score

nah just to know, because also some of the sheets that are incredibly huge (new all forever for example), they sound like they use muse 4 sounds even in this site

You mean in that site, musescore.com, as there is no sound at all on this site, musescore.org...
Then I guess the uploaded did include the sound in the upload
