Corrupted Score

When I try to save my composition with everything on it, it says that it's corrupted or it contains errors. Here: Incomplete measure: Part score: Piano, measure 178, staff 1. Found: 5/4. Expected: 4/4.
I have checked this measure for this part on this staff and there is not 5 beats in the measure and it's unable to let me save the file and download it unless the errors are fixed but I do not see any errors.

Also, I have had trouble with my tempos saving and my transposition working. Maybe this error/corruption has something to do with it? Maybe it's a glitch? Thank you.
