Can't use shortcut in Musescore

Hello everyone! I couldn't use the shortcuts to create score in Musescore and I don't know what happened. I couldn't use the space to play, couldn't use the N to write notes... I couldn't use anything and I don't know why. And I use Musescore on Mac. Could anybody please help me with this problem? Thank you so much!
