Adding text for vocals in the Grand Staff

There must be a way to add the words to a song in the Grand Staff. I just can't find it. I've written the chords in each measure of my song. Can't I add words to it?

Hi, if you have notes, you can add words...........click on the note you choose , enter Ctrl+L enter your lyric.

If you have no notes it is another problem
