Help: Trying to contact for a refund
Hello,
I purchased some music back on September 11 of this year. I was disappointed that the music had water marks ALL OVER the document, which is not what I was paying for. If I wanted water marks on my music I would have pirated it instead of paying a "legitimate" copy. Instead, I paid for my music, but it looks like I stole it, and it's harder to read while playing.
I submitted a refund request that day, and still have not heard any word back, over a month later, and no refund processed on my credit card. There is no contact email for support, nothing. It seems they just want to take your money and offer you no customer service.
Can anyone help me please!
