Nobody here on musescore.org is asking you for any payment
As stated many times, any problems about MuseScore Pro subscriptions can only be dealt with by musescore.com
So...
1. Visit the Musescore User Agreement – Terms of Service on musescore.com :

2. Read down that page until you get to section 4. TERMINATION /CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS, and read paragraph 4.4 which explains how to contact someone who can help you with subscription queries.
3. Please only use these support forums here on musescore.org for their proper purpose, which is volunteer-based technical support for the MuseScore Studio free music notation editor.
