Concert Pitch
Why is my score playing up a full note from concert pitch even though I have ticked the concert pitch tab?

A) you didn't have concert putch ticked
b) there is no transposing instrument involved (other than octave transposing and that's reflected in the clefs anfd the little 8 below it)
c) you'v muted the guitar
The concert pitch toggle has no effect on playback pitch. It only affects displayed pitch for transposing instruments.
