The 'Ad Lib' is nothing MuseScore understands (or, as written, it takes the liberty to play only once ;-)). The play count of 6 though, and the repeat list of 1,3,4,5,6 should work, but for that another end repeat barline at the 2nd volta is needed, see the attached
