Cineperc drum kit not working properly and other question

I just got the CinePerc from Musehub, and when I try to use the drum kit, I notice that the cymbals don't crash, there's no cross stick, and the open high hat is really short. I'm wondering if I need to remap certain things or if I doing something wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, I'm wondering if there is different sounds for different styles like brushes and stuff like that.
