Fraudulent charge by Musescore - I cancelled immediately and they still charged me

Something is broken or crooked at Musescore.

I demand a refund IMMEDIATELY

  1. I set up a trial subscription on 8:08pm Pacific time on Jan 3rd.
  2. I CANCELLED the subscription almost immediately, and received a confirmation email at 11:02 PM Pacific on January 3rd. SEE SCREENSHOT attached
  3. BUT on Jan 10, MUSESCORE Charged ME ANYWAY! $39.99!!!

This is just wrong. And I am going to post about this on Social Media next, if I do not hear back and have a refund in my account within 24 hours.
Maybe this is just a technical error, but then you all need to fix your technology. This is ridiculous.
